I don't know that it was established that EVERY person in Pawnee used Alta Vista. Certainly every person who called into Crazy Ira & the Douche and Joan Calamezzo's show uses Alta Vista. And we know that Gerry uses it.

I'm pretty sure that the budget for "You Missed a Spot" was larger than the budget for any one episode of Doctor Who.
The Carly Rae Jepsen one is better. It looks like they had more fun with it, although the kids in the Mariah one were very cute.

I got really excited because Doctor Who made this Top 20 list, but then I saw that New Girl was also on it (and ranked higher than Louie). Oh, and they misspelled Steven Moffat's name. But still . . .
