Oh my God, he's trapped in a giant nutshell!

I think that it's most likely Festivus, which would be great, but here's hoping that it might be Yaksmas or Yak Shaving Day or some other yak-based holiday from Ren & Stimpy. Unless the AVC is going really controversial and Adams is describing some Kwanzaa special. But what are the odds of that?

They cancelled Night Court for thise?

This was the first time I've ever seen the show, and I guess it will be the last, whether I wanted it to be or not. So yeah, I wasnt that shocked by the increasingly stupid and amoral behavior used to attempt laughs, just surprised that it ever made it to air. It seems that it's one thing to have that type of behavior

Dawes gave me the shills (Hay-oooooh!)

I'm pretty sure Cola Champagne is Salvadorean.

I thought Jude Law looked like Frank Miller, and the joke was going to be that he was goin to out-crazy Cage.

You know what, bro, that really was a cool story.

Agreed, A Very Venture Christmas needs to be covered. We can not go a whole holiday season without a visit by the Krampus

Well, the episode DID conlude with a definitive resolution to Spike's dilemma; the last shot is of a photograph of Spike, Miles, and Doohan posing victorious with a crash-landed Columbia. That seems pretty clear-cut to me.

Agree, Totes, it was rather distracting. At least when writing in Chicago style, you always but punctuation within the qoutes, with a few exceptions. You also generaly Don't randomly capitalize Words, Whether just after commas or Anywhere in the middle Of a fucKing Sentence.

Fact is, being funny half the time is the best most talk show host can do. You need to fill up time for an hour five nights a week, its tough.

I'm not a big defender of the Man Show, I'll talk about it a little bit, but I am a defender of Carolla and Kimmel. Their problem is that they'll simply never be cool to like, so the AVClub will never give them more than begrudging credit. I think they're both smart men, even though they've never finished college, and

If this is akin to a master's thesis in film, than I'm seriously in the wrong major. I have to write 80 to 100 pages.
Not saying it's bad, it's rather well made and thought out, but I'd rather watch every film by a director and look for similarities (minus a job and add a lot of weed, thats something I'd probably do on

Given how negative Sims has been, I'm surprised he missed this glaring contradiction; Kramer is already very familiar with comas from "The Suicide," in which their neighbor Martin, whose wife Jerry wanted to nail, attempts suicide and goes in to a coma. Hell, he even knows all about coma etiquette,
"So the guys wakes

Best best punchline in the series. The build up was great, and whoever played the Tyler Chicken executive delivered it perfectly

He's beboppin' and scattin' and I'M LOSING IT!!!

Yeah, I always thought that was supposed to be some sort of laugh line, but no one in the audience really picked up on it. Kind of a weird, self-referencial joke for the series, like kind of poking fun at sitcom plot holes. Or maybe it was just bad writing

Hey, why let Jerry and Kramer have all the sadistic fun?

Seems rather unfair that Sandler should even be allowed to compete. They really should just rename it the Adam Sandler Awards, and the films on a scale of one to ten Sandlers.
