Nah, B+ seems about right. It has some classic gags, but some of the plot is a little convoluted. Homer getting thrown in jail for one. But that last gag is a kicker, definitely. They're brilliant at bringing the show to the point of maudlin, and then pulling back for a great joke that undercuts the whole sentiment.
