I guess I didn't see it like that. They came together afterwards for a few things, and Jamie seemed cheery enough at the end miming Nick flying headfirst out of the loop and into a mound of shite.

I like Malcolm, awful as he is, but I didn't see him as being necessarily honorable. He just used the inquiry as a pulpit to conduct whichever machination was most appropriate at the time. I guess just strictly speaking in contrast to all the others he was the least spineless, but I feel like that's being the tallest

I have a very, very loose understanding of British politics so I may be missing something totally obvious, but is there a reason Jamie is gone now? I feel like I must have missed something.
