Great review, but I'd have gone A or even A+. I think this has been the most viscerally exciting and engaging episode so far. And it packed a lot of stuff into a single episode. Plot progression on several fronts - at last Ecbert's bloody betrayal (which Ragnar and us have been waiting for), Paris!, the fallout from

Damn shame about Cordelia's lovely rug - it really tied that room together.

Lyon was good, but for me the whole (otherwise good) episode was ruined by the fake execution crap which was totally predictable as soon as the words 'lethal injection' were uttered.

It wouldn't surprise me if Neal had done a bit of sleight of hand, and gave Peter back the old (identical) anklet.

Scene/dialogue of the week -

darn tootin! You're so right! Although I guess that your 8 recommends are from people who know latin and also like to be smartarses.

Interesting subtle little easter egg - Madchen means young girl in German, so Muth's character in Hannibal could be translated as Georgia Lass (Muth's character in Dead Like Me).

I've had enough - although I gave this show every chance, it's a constant disappointment. Bad dialogue, terrible and irritating acting (charlie and fat geek especially), and unrealistic and boring plot developments. And what's with all the love for Esposito? He plays a two-dimensional character by repetitively

"It’s the 2012-2013 season’s reminder that TV has advanced past the
point where big-name talent in the service of mediocrity impresses
anybody."

A perfect finale. A++++++++++++++++++++++++

It makes perfect sense to renew a show with such great ratings - 10.42m for the pilot, 6.3m for this latest episode. That's a fall of 40%!

Coverage please. A good show, some clunky dialogue but visually stunning, and OK plot-wise.

Dialogue of the week!

After the not-guilty verdict, what was that nonsense with the islanders all trashing and burning their own houses and cars? I mean, wtf? That's just not credible.

Why do TV people hide important secret things in locked drawers that can be quickly opened by the paper-knife that they have conveniently left on the desk? I mean, why even bother?

So Monroe's militia can buid a 30ft high wall around all of Philadelphia, but cannot even block off one tunnel? This show really is poor, and Charlie is most irritating lead character I've seen in a long time (or at least since the woeful ensemble 'performances' in Newsroom).
