Yeah, the closest thing to a serious moment on 30 Rock so far. I'm a fan of mixing comedy and drama and pulling it off. No show does it better than Freaks and Geeks but The Office has gotten there on a few occasions. Tonight we saw a flash of that on 30 Rock and it made it all the better in my book.

Am I the only one who thought this was a standout episode? I loved the money searching subplot and how it tied in with Liz' thing (also pretty funny). And at least Jack's plot developed his character a bit more. All in all I laughed really hard at TJ on King and thought this was one of the better eps in awhile.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Clerks, and The Big Chill should all be on here. Whatever. Odd topic and there are too many movies you could make a case for.

I liked both Andy Barker PI and Andy Richter Controls the Universe. The man is funny and has had some good shows, he just get very little support from the networks because he's not a bankable name.

Shit a lot of people hate Demetri Martin. Can't understand why, I think he's great and I've been following him since his first half-hour special.

What a great review. I just watched this movie and clicked on here to see what the AV Club had to say about it and Phipps put into words what I've been trying to explain to friends. Terrific writing and a hell of a movie.
