I was really into this episode up until the "real SHIELD" reveal. Nothing says intelligence like choosing to operate a fractured organization.

She comes across more like a generic old lady than the cantankerous crank she's usually depicted as. Though she's also barely in this episode, so maybe it's just small sample size.
Is it just me or, was the characterization of Agnes out of place in this episode? She seems completely different here, compared with "Twisted World" or even "Canine Mutiny."
