Absolutely.  That scene of the non-benders in the street last week was a welcome insight into the regular folks of Republic City.  I've been craving an episode like that since episode 4.

I thought that Tarrlok's motive was power.  He said that he was going to rule Republic City as it's savior, instead of how his father had tried.
