Ha ha, it's possible (lord knows I've had some gripes so far!), but I'm going to give the team a little faith this time.  After all, it's equally easy to sit around the conference table and say: "No, no, the LAST one died by firebenders!  This one will be… uh… earthbenders?  Yeah, that sounds good!"

Katara shows Aang octopus-form in "Cave of Two Lovers".

While I was watching it, I knew it looked familiar somehow, and now I know why: it reminded me of Naota's dungeon level in Persona 4.

The rewatch really improved it for me.  I find that, the first time around, I'm trying to think ahead of the show, and anticipate any twists that might be coming.  But the second time, I can just appreciate what's there.

That's a good theory.  But, without the tip-off, nobody would have known that the secret factory existed in the first place.  If Hiroshi had the cops tipped off, it was because he wanted to eliminate the metalbending corps/Lin/Tenzin/Korra.  If he wanted to eliminate that crew, he could have done it in a smarter way.

It's funny, but I was hoping for even more of a breather.  I was super-excited when Korra Nation put up that clip of Bendless Tahno, because I thought this episode was going to be a step back, showing us how the world of Republic City had changed in light of the stuff that had been going on the past six episodes.

It must be hell for the insurance underwriters!

I guess you might not want to bring down the secret workshop on top of your head by earthbending the wrong piece of rock, but it seems like something Korra (or Bolin, who was earthbending, anyway) should have come up with.

Korra took down the lieutenant last episode.  And she did it, dare I say, like a FUCKING boss.  Speaking of which, didn't that guy fall off the side of a building last week?  What's up with him not being dead?

What's with this tip-off-that's-actually-a-set-up taking the cops directly to Hiroshi's REAL underground workshop?  If you're setting somebody up anyway, you send them out to the docks or something, and ambush them there.  Also, you take down your banners of Amon hanging from the rafters.  Really, there was no reason
