I actually think Survivor does a pretty great job with product integrations spots on the show.
Sandra made an Outback commercial the last time they offered an Outback reward. Not sure why they haven't been involved the last couple of seasons.

The new video ads are incredibly annoying, but I was just shown one from the onion: "BREAKING: Hundreds Feared Dead In Coors Light Party Train Crash"
That just makes me think of that awesome scene from The Office with that James Blunt song playing, but Michael is too cheap to download the entire song.
Upon some reflection, I think my favorite moment is when the kids are spray painting the rock and react to Britta arriving with just the right combination of surprise, disappointment, and confusion. "BUZZKILL!"

I enjoyed the episode and am with Todd for the most part on this one. I laughed many times, but maintain completely confused as to why this episode exists. B+
