I'm Excited, but…
…I'm not really sure where this'll go. I've never really seen Elba show his comedy chops. Is he funny?

Greeted with Apathy
How many times can I not care this week?

Huh
Surprisingly, I have heard of all of these films and seen their trailers. Normally it's a bunch of films I've never heard of (with good reason).

Whatever
Much like the Grammys, the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame is at this point fairly irrelevant in terms of what discerning folks actually believe versus what the teeming masses think is great. I just can't muster up enough effort to care about them — not even when someone good is nominated.

And…
…I take this with a saddened sigh of "Can I think of a single song he's done? No? Whatever."

Aren't they remaking the Prisoner…
…with James Caviezel?

Friedman
Just reading this makes me like Friedman a bit more. Those are some vicious barbs.

No, mate — this is the sequel. They've killed 9 of the monkeys already, and now there are only 3 left.

I Miss Pietro's
I just do.

Alas
I am certain we have all breathed a sad sigh of "That show went on for how many seasons now?"

Damn Him
How low can one man sink?

X-Files
My favorite Trebek will always be the one that appeared in an episode of the X-Files, making me smile and wonder whether or not "what's out there" has to be described in the form of a question.

30 Rock
This sounds like a b-plot for Jack Donaghy.

Dude Makes Some Strong Points
I'm not saying I agree with all of them, but it's not like Willingham doesn't know a little bit about what he's ranting on. I personally like my comics realistic as far as human behavior is concerned, but that pulls in either direction — some people are dark and gritty, and some people

RSS
Oh, and your RSS Feed isn't updating properly (at least, not when viewed using Google Reader — I see the News updates and TV Club, but not the features and whatnot).

I like the design, but…
…it doesn't seem to like Opera. I mean, I get that my personal choice in browsers means I'm not even using the third most popular of the bunch, so I'm not going to cry about it. Even so, it makes me sad. It has trouble loading the comments (seemingly only when I'm logged in), and chugs along

Goodbye, Old Friend
You were the best of them. I won't forget you.

I'm with you on the "clean but forever alone" bit, but I think Vic's slippery morality was really just looking for an excuse to throw Ronnie under the bus.

Wangbanks, I know it feels cool to take on Zodiac Motherfucker in the comments, and I'm sure you feel your criticisms are unjustified, but there are three points you seem to be missing.

I've always felt that Vic would end up like his old partner, Joe Clark (Carl Weathers) — washed-up, living alone, no contact with his family or friends. I always saw the episodes with Joe as a glimpse into what Vic's life was going to be like in the future, and that the ultimate punishment for him would be to get away
