First trio that came to mind- Alison Brie, Abigail Spencer, Melissa McCarthy.

I liked the list but I really wanted to see "The Blue Grass is Always Greener" (Season 6 Ep. 9).  The clash between Connie and her father over her violen playing, along with Hank showing her how to fiddle is hilarious.  Not to mention that Blue Moon song with Boomhauer on the vocals, classic stuff.
