President The Rock leads crowd in chorus of YOU'RE WELCOME at Inauguration

Part of the reason the police officer pulling his gun on Reggie hit so hard was because, prior to that moment, it WAS a pretty normal day. The characters was goofing off and clearly enjoying themselves. There was no reason for that officer to pull his gun and yet he did. It felt insane, but clearly incidents like this

I don't think that it would have been an introduction. I don't exactly imagine Dan to be a vanilla sex kind of guy.

I would still watch a Fables adaption, honestly. Willingham's original arc about defeating The Adversary was pretty much all gold.

NBC has the best track record amongst the traditional networks for sure. Like, it's not even comparable. I don't think that I've watched anything regularly from the other big three channels since Lost ended.

There's too much fanfiction in existence about the GoT characters in The Great British Bake Off.

It'll be either Dunk and Egg or something more historic specifically about the Targaryens.

Someone went budget shopping at Party City.

Empire was my favorite as a kid, but, hey, I like to hang out here.

My dad isn't a nerdy guy, but he likes classic movies. He made me watch ANH, then cut out everything else and took me to see Sith in theaters. I watched Empire and Jedi by myself when I was a little older, so I didn't really understand that Vader being Luke's father was supposed to be a big twist.

My parents have less than zero interest in nerd culture. My mom thinks that Robin is Superman's sidekick. I had no idea that adults could be interested in actual cool things until I started high school and the majority of my friends started talking about how their parents were sharing movies and comic books and

Jonah's the awful cousin that gets invited to family reunions because you can't not have him.

I don't want to imagine what Catherine and Jonah's spawn would be like.

I can't believe she stayed for three complete episodes. I was exhausted just watching her run Buddy's campaign, so I can't imagine how she felt.

I loved that Dan knew to ask her that. And that Amy's response of "Abby" had him just nodding kind of fondly, because, of course, Amy doesn't spend Sunday nights cuddling up with Buddy on the couch.

I felt Gavin punching the wall before he actually did. The show's been on long enough now that I can comfortably say that that twist was classic Silicon Valley.

Streaming services (and the networks now, too) are mostly ordering 8-12 episode seasons, which, generally speaking, is way too short. 15-18 is definitely a better way to go. I think anything with an ensemble cast suffers when the episode count is chopped to 10, particularly the comedies that should be giving you the
