Same. It's the first season premiere since the pilot that seemed to tell a complete standalone story rather than functioning as purely set-up. Knowing that there are only a limited number of episodes to go, it's nice to see the show go at a faster pace than usual.

Glad to see Jesse's back with all that newfound positive energy. In fact, I'm really liking the potential for this new dynamic of a three-way coalition between Mike, Walter and Jesse. These guys played against each other perfectly tonight.

As fantastic as Breaking Bad was this year (and by the way, I fucking loved Crawl Space's ending), I couldn't help but feel that Vince Gilligan and his writers were a bit short on ambition with this fourth season. It was very well plotted, but it lacked the kind of rich detail and thematic content that earlier seasons
