Also, Bill Bixby.

Also, Bill Bixby.

The "Dead of Night" story is the one I always think of when watching "22".

Try my faves "A World Of Difference" and "The Four Of Us Are Dying".

Probably this has been mentioned but "The Cheaters" from a story by Robert Bloch features a pair of glasses that are passed from person to person. But watch out- THEY'RE EVIL!!!!

Boyd planned on being sent to prison in order to get revenge on Dickie. I'll bet you $10,000 right now.

Trying to figure out what to call a critic Fan Fiction-esque piece about a minor character who only exists in the confines of the story being reviewed would be called…

Damn, you beat me to this.

I first knew about "Monsters" through a paperback Serling put out where he adapted some TZ scripts into short stories. The ending did take me by surprise. Also, "The Fever" story worked a lot better than the episode did.

Anyone else ever notice how much Doug McLure ended up sounding like Duryea?

One of my favorite memories growing up was finally living in a town that had TZ, after having read about/seen SNL sketches parodying the show. And yes, the Earl Hamner backwoods shows ("The Hunt", "Jess-Belle", "The Bewitchin' Pool") make my teeth itch. This is probably my favorite classic show that AV has taken on,
