I think the unspoken conflict between Jon and Kate was that he really didn't want all those bloody kids. Having that many kids is a horrible, horrible idea. Of course, you just can't come out and say that in our culture.

Vamps vs Witches
Anyone rooting for the witches on this season? At the end of the day all the vamps are all murdering torturing psychos. The show has moved pretty far from the vamp=gay metaphor, but still seems to side with the vamps despite all the horrible things they keep doing.

I am glad to see Tommy's parents finally get what they deserved, but I am sure they are coming back latter. Necromancy and all that.
