They should NOT have shown Rick on the walkie-talkie in the "Previously On…" montage.  As soon as I saw that, I knew we were going to run into Morgan.  Just like when they showed Merle in the "Previously On…" at the start of this season, it took all the wind out of the shocking return of a season one character.  Loved…
