no horror movies are ever good anymore. the strangers will be terrible too, like haute tension, saw, and calvaire were, and like the poughkeepsie tapes and paranormal activity will be. every movie that promises to scare you will be awful.

for the record
thoughtful, articulate discourse < mathematical inequality symbols

there's a chinese restaurant in portland called hung far low. it takes some of the fun out of it that it was almost definitely intentionally named to sound crude, but it still makes me lolz.

seamless web
when you mentioned "seamless web", i thought it was some trendy new dish served in asian fusion restaurants, made of glass noodles woven into a web-like pattern or some such. it sounded terrifying.

thanks for mentioning ravenous. i agree, it always seemed like it deserved a cult following.

hmm
i'm filled with disgust and an odd sense of foreboding.

a shame
every time i see my newswire rss has updated, i think, "who's dead now?"

the saddest part
is that this movie was co-written by bill corbett of mst3k fame.

who drinks thunderbird from a glass?

i do recognize that, of all the reasons i dislike the iriver, none of them are reasonable or technology-based, but here they are:

warning!
may contain insect parts.

lobsters - i disagree with him because he uses an iriver.

it got cancer and passed away in its sleep.

the only thing i can think whenever i hear this movie pitch:
man, is cancer boy ever going to be disappointed.

?
i've never even heard of this. are you sure you aren't reviewing a dream you had after an all-night nouvelle vague marathon?

which is it?
no less than three or no less than five? i guess mathematically, both could be true.

i was going to say william h. macy playing the role of david lynch.

i wish we could pass some law that would make empty internet threats legally binding. the world would be so much more interesting.

go see
whatever you want. your lives are your own!

funny, i was going to say the same about sixteen candles, too. i watched it because a coworker told me it was her favorite movie of all time. that was right about the time i stopped sharing opinions on pop culture with coworkers.
