That's Adele's actual accent, which I'm impressed by - usually singers smooth out their voices so much that their accent is indistinguishable. But she's from working class areas of London, so this isn't put on at all (at least for her).

I can't decide if I should watch it, considering I've only seen a handful of episodes from season 2. (Season 1 is on Netflix, so I've seen the whole thing, but I haven't been able to find S2 yet. Come on, Netflix!) I know the big twist from the finale - should I just start watching & catch up later?
