Yes. I don't know who this blandly-good-looking-but-totally-forgettable young man is, but I'm going to assume it's Ansel Elgort, and leave it at that.

And eight years later: "Chad Michael Murray declined to comment for this article." Might be time to lighten up, Chad.

Hey, nice to see you too! I think you might want to reconsider how you talk to your fellow commenters when you first approach them, though: I'm sure it's unintentional, but your method comes off a little rude and ever so slightly hostile! After all, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar, don't you know!

A sanctimonious troll, to boot.

Yeah, would it kill these scriptwriters to give their characters regular-people jobs for once? I still probably wouldn't give two shits about him if he was the disaffected young son of a library technician and a data entry clerk (or whatever), but at least he'd be a fraction more relatable.

I remember when trolls didn't infest these comments threads. Well, at least it'll all be over soon. Bring on the Kinjapocalypse!

Counter-counter point: be that as it may, Face/Off is nevertheless N O T A C T U A L L Y A V E R Y G O O D M O V I E

Weren't you the person who said the other day on the Kinja thread that you managed to get kicked out of the Avocado? I think I'm beginning to see why.

Jesus, Face/Off does not deserve to be #2 on a list that includes great movies like Irma Vep, LA Confidential and Boogie Nights. It's good, stupid fun, but that's about it.

Apparently it's nothing of the sort - my iPhone doesn't do this.

It's probably not much consolation, but you got a good story out of it, at least.

Yes, exactly. My first meal after not eating solids for 36 hours, or whatever it was, was hospital food (lunch, specifically), and it was the most enjoyable meal I'd eaten in months.

Well, I do really hope Discovery is about exploration and ethical dilemmas the way TOS was. But that said: yes it's true that the aesthetic may not be the most important part of Star Trek, but it is part of what I watch TV science fiction for, and so I'm at least a little bit disappointed that they don't seem to have

"Elmos and Ladders"? Suddenly it all starts to make sense.

Hey, I didn't come here to be provided with background information that's pertinent to the article! Sam already said that "the BBC story doesn’t really get into it", and as he apparently wasn't interested in doing any research himself before he posted the story, that should have been the end of it!

I don't think it's wrong to say that the Doctor (as we've seen him on screen thus far) is essentially a man - it's just that now, he's the kind of man who's also occasionally a woman.

At the risk of sounding like I actually am a member of his fan club, the best thing Marshall ever acted in would easily be Je t'aime John Wayne, an award-winning short comedy from early in his career that's a parody of / homage to the French New Wave: https://www.youtube.com/wat…

As a fully-paid-up (and indeed only) member of the Kris Marshall Fan Club, I must say that this is disappointing news.

That certainly is a fresh take, Mr. Bugdor - I don't think I've seen an article on this website that makes fun of Garden State and / or Zach Braff for, oh… at least a week?
