That Leia outfit do.
That Leia outfit do.
I watched the first 5 minutes and turned it off. And I love watching bad movies. You could just tell it was going to be a very hard watch and 99.9% chance it wasn't going to be worth it.
I'll defend Don Juan and The Score but the others?…not so much.
beckinsale could definitely pull it off. Basically a non vampire version of Underworld.
Which one is the Highlander again?
There was a lot of thigh and bloomers showing in that '30 version. Pretty scandalous I'm sure for back then.
Your friend must really hate you.
The only movie I can think of that I would actively be mad about getting a remake would be Clue. The reason being is that, like the Point Break remake, they would more than likely feel the need to give Mr. Green some kind of broken man backstory along with more "gritty" crimes for each person to be blackmailed for.
My all-male reboot script for The Women is already in the pipeline.
That robot from Revenge of the Nerds FTW!
She stole Chun-Lee's look.
This one will ONLY make $500 million.
About 2 years ago I went through my DVD collection and knocked it down to around 400 and putting them in CD cases instead of keeping the dvd boxes. Having the majority of them burned I was able to have the slim cases but even still I was able to get rid of three large bookshelves in the process.
We differ in opinion which is fine. Other than setting up atmosphere, what is deliberate about the first hour and 15 minutes? It is the babysitter wandering around the house and establishing the phone lines are out. That could have, and was, accomplished within 20 minutes the remaining time was spent showcasing '80's…
I don't think Carpenter fits with the new aesthetic that Hollywood has adopted from say '98 on. His '70's movies were meticulous slow moving and allowed to breath while movies now seem to be so heavily cut and bloated that his style doesn't mesh.
Um wasn't that obvious to anyone who watched more than 20 minutes of a single show? I'm sure they were almost starved then entire time they were there to get such dramatic results.
The Ridiculous Six was very terrible but watching it while drinking I did get a few laughs out of it.
His follow up is suppose to be coming out really soon. I read that it was already released in Japan.
I think you can be gritty but still be fun. That's the biggest thing that I miss from action movies in recent years. Adventures should be fun. Take Transporter, the original was fun but all subsequent sequels lost the fun.
You're wearing a shirt of the band you're going to go see? Don't be that guy.
