At least it took Die Hard until the 4th installment for things to get out of hand. DH2 was basically the same thing as 1 and 3 was fairly grounded as well.

I'm ok with Swordfish. The beginning is nicely meta without being to pleased with itself and there is some decent action.

My biggest issue with the series is that it goes from robbing trucks for thousands of dollars to now working for the government to take down the worlds biggest bad guys. Andy Lau is underrated.

Glad I'm not the only one that has love for Versus. There were a ton of great Japanese flicks that came out in the early 2000's and I'd put Versus near the top for sure.

I watched this a few weeks ago and thought it was terrible. Unfunny and I'd say pretty badly acted. I'm not sure if the marketing made it seem like it was more of a comedy or if I just assumed it was a comedy because of Raunch but this was a "comedy" in the sense that Observe and Report was a comedy.

If they are playing Nightmare on My Street Time to Chill and Here We Go Again era songs and not late 90's Will Smith songs with Jazzy Jeff just as a stand in I'd be more than happy to go see that show.
