Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was exactly the favor he asked Molly for, too.

Although other people have said it, I have to add it, too. THANK YOU, these reviews have been wonderful, and THANK YOU everyone else, the comments have also been wonderful, and I got teary-eyed reading this review and it's probably a combination of remembering the episode, a line like "We grew up, but Lindsay Weir

My son's name is Sam Weir— no seriously, it is— so I knew I'd make him watch this eventually, but I never thought what an educational experience I could make it before. Hmm….

Our guidance counselors mostly dealt with scheduling issues, secondly dealt with college/career advisory, and occasionally were there to help with non-school issues. When I was going through a bad depression when I was 17, our guidance counselor let me ditch class and hang out in her office whenever I got too fed up

If I made a list of artists I truly NEED to see in concert at some point in my life… actually he'd be the ENTIRE list of people I NEED to see, he just tops the WANT to see list. When I was fifteen my parents videotaped one of his concerts off TV and I was so blown away, it was literally life-changing. He is the REASON

I had the same reaction when I heard it on the radio for the first time, and then that little reprise of "Band on the Run" tacked on to the end played and I said, "Oh! OH. WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME THIS SONG EXISTED?"

The scene in the bathroom has always been one of my favorites. I just love watching it dawn on Ken that he's got something good.

Ooo, I have a story this week. Although it's also not high school because I didn't date until I was 21, and I've only had one break-up, but it's appropriately clueless-awkward.

Yep, me too. More than once. Glad to hear I'm not alone!

Dear Marah, I think you may be me. How did that happen.

Yeah, I think I feel the same way, but you've put it into words better. I more like, when I saw this was today's episode, had a weird "ehhh…" sort of reaction that I couldn't pinpoint.

He recorded audiobooks of books 2-5 of the Hitchhikers' Guide series, and pulls off a variety of accents in those. His Zaphod is quite Jersey Mafia guy.

I forgot these storylines happened in the same episode! Augh, the emotions! Now I have to go rewatch this RIGHT NOW.

Shut up, I didn't have mine until I was 21.

I think we might have the same dad. That'd be really hard to pull off, though, so I doubt this is one of these scandalous revelations we've been discussing here. ;)

My mom was, once I was a teenager at least, rather open about how nearly everyone in her family smoked a variety of things, but she refused to ever even try because it had always been her chore to empty the ashtrays in the house, which was so disgusting that it turned her off to the thought of smoking forever. I've

Your username so completely encapsulates this story.

I just want to say how much I love not only these reviews (as they are of one of my favorite shows ever), but the comments section— and I know AV Club comments sections are known to be good ones— but all everyone's embarrassing childhood stories and observations like some kind of support group for recovering

Yeah, I guess I can HANDLE it— I don't skip the scene on rewatches or anything— but I'd agree that is the most painfully embarrassing scene ever and I certainly can't watch it without CRINGING at least.

Okay, I have a huge crush on Martin Freeman but I can LIVE with the mustache, so this means I win, right? I have the huger crush?
