Plenty of the people interviewed for this feature have made totally valid points about why they "hate" the songs and artists they choose to discuss. I don't know how long you've been following this, but they don't even always choose to discuss "mainstream" music. Pretty sure I haven't read a single argument about

Well if that's true, I've been approaching life all wrong.

I don't know…I feel like Paige could have always done better. She was a little too ambitious for Spinner (not to mention too girly and materialistic) but at some point I did like them together.

Ha! I took her saying "Everything's good" to her brother as Cassie needing to hear those words out loud herself, even if she had to say them (because she didn't know how she could take care of him)! Either way, it's sort of fun to discuss this even if we disagree - I don't know anyone that's gotten around to watching

Whattttt. Scott and Ramona have absolutely no chemistry in the film (I think they make more sense in the comics, but it just doesn't translate on-screen). They're a completely underdeveloped couple in the film - on the other hand, the film goes a long way to show you how well Scott and Knives get along (she

The fact that Manny is far better looking and less of a bitch? I'm not sure what anyone could ever see in Ashley. Anyway, Craig's a douche. Spinner and Darcy 4-evr though.

I have to say, my high school boyfriend was an honest to god Jon Cryer look-a-like with a "Duckie" personality. This probably influences my opinion on the film, but I think Andie made the right decision by not being with Duckie. She also could have saved herself a lot of trouble by simply sleeping with Steff and

I'm only sorry I didn't see Skins Pure your way-if it was a story about Cassie coming into her own I hardly noticed (though your description of it certainly sounds like good television). It seemed more like she was still busy making the same mistakes (like sleeping with her coworker) and avoiding real love like she

I really, really don't get the love for Skins Pure. Nothing happens! Then again…I've always disliked Cassie. She seemed like she was perfectly constructed for pro-ana livejournals/tumblrs/whatever was cool at the time. I was only watching in hopes that Sid might appear. Skins Fire was easily the best/most haunting

A convenience store that happens to sell hoagies. If that's all you went there for, you could call it that.

Apparently they were in the mid-1800s: "The transatlantic migration of nearly two million Irish following the
Irish Potato Famine (1845–1849) brought the holiday and its customs to America. There are actually few accounts of Halloween in colonial American history due in part to the large Protestant presences in the

Yeah. Hell, Misty Day might even bring Madison back so that all three of them can take on the coven together

Not really getting Todd's issue with the plot. Isn't it all just shaping up to be a big war between these two groups of witches?

I've used that quote on pretty much every profile I've created since I first saw that episode (because it's accurate).

I mostly disagree with this, but their On-Demand commercials for shows I already really hate like Family Guy are maybe the loudest and most obnoxious commercials I've ever seen.

Really? Some of that stuff is so weird I find it hard to forget even a year or so after having only seen it once all the way through. The episode with Jo-Jo getting stolen or the one with the gloryhole bible especially. Probably best not to watch it while you're stoned though. I remember feeling pretty lukewarm about

Yeah, the more I think about it…she was probably too hot to play Hurshee at all.

@avclub-b9a8f4af85454f7c56c06f0a39e7ec23:disqus I imagine that's why tapes have always been so much cheaper. For me, they're the better value.

It was actually the first Cronenberg movie I'd ever seen so I wasn't
really comparing it to anything else he'd ever done, but I genuinely
enjoyed the atmosphere. Looking back, I'd still recommend it.
