Yeah, the first 2/3 are quite good of Joe Johnston doing his 'Rocketeer' thing before it devolves into generic MCU setup. Though I don't complain too much, because it left us ultimately with Agent Carter doing the 40s superhero stuff anyway, and she's pretty great at it.
