That's always what's bothered me about it too, I would agree with the people saying it was really clever and well-done if it was JUST the last season Roseanne made up after losing Dan. It would explain why that season seemed so crazy and out there

I just find The Zeppo really boring, even though it always gets talked off as a classic. Maybe it's because I've never been a Xander fan though, so seeing a day in his life wasn't something I had been waiting to see. Willlow's showcase episode Doopelgangland was a much funnier and better episode in my opinion

He was totally on the show to cash in on the Leo craze, but he drove me crazy with his mouth hanging open and those dopey expressions

Yeah I agree, Gretchen was such a boring character. It was obvious the writers were setting up for Dawson and Gretchen to get together from her very first scene with Dawon, but then they dragged them out so much to try and get similar fan support to what Pacey/Joey had, but was anyone really on the edge of their seats

Both of Joey's break-ups with Dawson in season 2 were for the most out there reasons ever seen on a teen soap, you can so tell her heart was never really in that relationship. I remember as a teen watching it for the first time I was soooo confused as to why she would never forgive Dawson for telling her about her Dad

It really makes you wonder with some of those songs which only became well-known in the first place because of exposure on Dawson's Creek, and yet still they want too much money for the DVDs??? The biggest joke was the theme song being replaced, as if anyone would have known or cared anything about that frankly

I don't know about Eve LOL, but I thought Drue was okay. It did always feel a bit forced though when those type of characters spend soo much time stirring things up with the regular characters, like why would they even care that much when they weren't friends with them anyway?

I hated Jen's speech at the funeral so much when she basically stood up in front of Abby's mother and ripped her daughter's character to shreds and then went on some completely self-absored tirade about her lack of belief in God. Nice memory to leave her mother with…I agreed with Gram's speech when she kicked Jen out,

I never thought Dawson and Pacey had a lot of friendship chemistry and this episode really made me wonder why Pacey liked Dawson at all! It's kind of amazing actually that the writers ever thought that it would be a good idea to give that speech to the main character when they presumedly didn't want the audience to

There was Double Date in season 1, the actors were dating in real life at the same time so maybe that's party why they wrote that episode to take advantage of their chemistry? It's such a shame that in season 2 they hardly ever interact though, they had some fan banter moments in the first season that it would have

He's said that Jack wasn't meant to be gay when he originally accepted the part, I think at first he just knew that he was there to stir things up with Dawson and Joey's relationship
