Although this wouldn't technically fall into the remake category.. I think doing a serialized drama version of Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic would be fucking great.

I agree. It's not perfect, but there's a lot to love about the King miniseries. Watching the woman in 217 scene as a kid scared the shit out of me.
