Gloria is a cancer on the show, her storyline was easily the weakest of one of the strongest episodes in recent memory.

This episode has gotten me excited for The Mindy Project again. However, Sims had a point in mentioning that Beth Grant hasn't been introduced yet, which could either make or break the workplace. So, for the first time since the pilot, I'll be waiting for the next episode eagerly.
