I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Thanks for the recommendation Nathan!

Indeed, thank you so much A.V. Club! Some of these will be perfect for Halloween :)

Here, Here! Very well said! I welled up when they made it to the hospital. Gamby's daughter's face, Russel's face, it was too much. I thought it was a great episode too.

Hahaha! I can get on board with this!

Well said Katie. You have a lovely way of writing and I have so enjoyed your comments while reading the reviews for this series.

It makes me wonder if Lee has been making Dr. Brown's coffee, extra special as well…

I just finished The Yoga Store Murder: The Shocking True Account of the Lululemon Athletica Killing by Dan Morse which I could not put down and now I'm on to Gilbert Gottfried's Rubber Balls and Liquor. Should have posted under the What are you reading thread…

Pat Boone is still alive?

Elvis Presley, "Wearin' That Loved On Look"

I'm a sucker for pretty much any and every Monkees song. Good call!

The Monkees, "You Just May Be the One"

The Hollies, "Carrie-Anne"

The Burros, "Little Luxuries"

I think the age difference between Clair and Nate may be part of the awkwardness you speak of. They are a distant and secretive family but I know plenty of real-life siblings that are this way. It's just a different dynamic. They did grow up in a funeral home.

I always thought Peter Krause, Michael C. Hall and Lauren Ambrose were extremely convincing siblings on Six Feet Under. I just love that show.

Jon Benjamin was the can that spoke to Gene.
