Yeah. It ain't good. It really seemed like they were trying to dip their toes in that YA money—and it's not interesting, at all. And I definitely call myself a Wachowski apologist.

And I think you're going to get that. Sansa has been through a lot—but so has everyone else. I wish she hadn't been raped, but I also understand that drama can be more than just satisfying: it can be heartwrenching, disturbing, and can even make us angry: and Sansa's rape did all three. And I don't really think that's

Yup. I absolutely agree that representation of rape in media has definitely always been an issue (especially on Game of Thrones), but this season has definitely handled Sansa's rape as well as could have.

MEDIOCRE!!!!

MEDIOCRE!!!!!

kay.

obviously.

So…what you're telling me is I should just watch Crank, right?

Because people are awful. Seriously, in a perfect world Crank 2 would get all of the money.

they're real. I buy em all the time at my local liquor store.

For me, at least, it was my first real exposure to indie folk. It clicked, I bought their album, listened to continously for months, and then just kind of stopped. By that time I had listened to some more stuff in the genre and whenever I tried to go back and listened to Mumsford and Sons, I couldn't finish a single

"Stark, it would seem, is obsessed with the idea of creating “a suit of armor around the world”—a kind of automated peacekeeping program that would allow him and his crime-fighting colleagues to take an indefinite vacation. "

That doesn't make any sense, especially considering that critics have been on Marvel's dick since the beginning. Maybe, AND THIS MIGHT BE ME SPITBALLING, maybe it's not that great.

It's the sort of people who bitched about Breaking Bad—people who just want to appeal of a shocks and twists without realizing that it's the character work that makes it effective.

Jesus. The "No Fun" police seem to be in high gear at the AVClub. Loved every moment of this.

Just recently saw Road Warrior for the first time. Made me even more excited for this.

That, and you know, it's actually directed by the guy who did the original trilogy.

Largely how I feel about it. Both Jurrasic World and The Avengers has that sterile, fill every frame with a bunch of CG, look that just bores the crap out of me. Even in the trailer, this just looks like a master craftsman at work.

perhaps really, really dark grey?

question I ask myself everyday.
