Gotta light?
Perhaps this has all been a ruse in order to create the greatest comments thread in history…
Maybe they pulled the plug only to realize that it's become self-aware?
Dammit.
Last!
I'm telling you: like when you get near the end of a video game and you unlock the ability to teleport or travel quickly. They're near the end of series. Same thing.
I got to see Marotta, Fast, and Levin play in the Tony Levin Band at a club several years ago. They all even signed the CD I bought at the show. That was a treat.
I.
Drew.
Some-thing.
Awfulonit!
Pretty sure you're right. Think it was just Jerry Marotta.
Eh….Collins was still fine then. And I happen to love both records. But I did think Low got the nod for inventing it.
Yeah, that's what I expected to see here.
I suppose it could be two separate phrases? "If looks could kill…" "They probably will." I'm grasping here, because now that's going to bug me.
Yeah, I've heard "Melt" for years as shorthand for it, along with "Car" and "Scratch". What did you call it, "3"?
I just like to think that they unlocked the warp zones, or the fast travel, as in so many video games when you get to a certain point. Like the Swift Sail in Wind Waker.
LOL. That's exactly what I said. Do they have zombie smiths? A zombie forge?
1000 years? It didn't even take a 10th of that for most of us!
So their dragon's gonna breathe ice blasts now, right?
I'm cool with this. Seems about as close to the old TSR/D&D/Dragonlance "ice dragons" as we've ever gotten. 13-year-old me is pleased.
The droid army in the SW prequels was the first thing I thought of when they established this. This is not a good thing. I hate this trope, too.
Ah well. There's a lot of dumb happening with GoT now, but I'll still enjoy seeing it through to the end.
If only there were some way to AVOID those GoT discussions, but lord knows, they make you click the links!
