Indeed. Some are looking a tad grizzled.

"More asshole than asshole. That's our motto."

I dunno, that sounds awful. I'd say it's about time to say "Seal ya later!!" to that couple.

True enough…….so far! I have a hunch things may take a decidedly negative turn for her next season.

No? Maybe I misremember it. I just remember him being sort of the "other guy" in Kim's life, who came off as a smarmy lawyer compared to Jimmy's compassion and humanity. Four seasons later, I think Howard may have come off the best of all of them, along with Kim. They have something else in common, too: their

Not only that—in the first season, Howard seemed to be a possible love interest for Kim. Looking at both Howard and Jimmy's arcs over the past four seasons, I think there's a case now that Howard might have been a better choice—certainly professionally, at any rate.

Yeah, he does toe the line—but it's only after he's been crossed. I like that characters like Howard and Chuck, while certainly the "villains" of BCS, can easily view themselves as "heroes" in their own narrative.

Maybe it's not the most sophisticated moment on the show, but I LOL'd at the security footage of Gilfoyle and Dinesh planting the pineapple, and Gilfoyle's "Do you smell something?" comment.

I'm just wondering if anyone would find out that Howard paid Chuck out of his own pocket. I would almost assume Howard's pride and sense of duty would dictate he not mention the deal they made, and now Chuck is (most likely) dead. I honestly don't know: assuming Chuck is dead, did Howard just get out of the other 6

That applause scene was just SO well done. Though it seems a little hard to buy that Howard could somehow personally afford to pay Chuck off where the firm couldn't, it's just such a perfect solution. Howard could be thought of as personally responsible for Chuck still being there in the first place—covering for him

I completely agree. Those might have been my two favorite characters in the series.

I'm thinking something less tangible. Like "hope".

The mesh shorts and old t-shirts help to keep in the juices as we slowly cook our dads on the grill.

It took him forever to get that direction right. He kept putting his finger to his brow and furrowing his temple.

This seems a more optimistic appraisal than most. Some would say it SHOULDN'T be.

Glad you like it! Yeah, I don't understand the criticism of Lanois' production on it. It's way better than his work on Oh Mercy, which also has its charms, but sounds dated. Fascinating idea about the tracklisting. Make you Feel My Love does kind of come across as a bit of an anomaly on the album—sort of a sweet

I was thinking the original comment was referencing the big orchestral (with brass) sweep that goes into the bridge, and then into the final chord, but you're right.

I hopped on with Gold/Blue because of my nostalgia for the 80's X-Men. The first few issues were good, but they seem to be just getting into villain-of-the-month territory now. Actually, Weapon X was surprisingly good, at least with the banter between Creed and Logan. I'm not sure how long I'll keep up with them,

That's a good point. I like this idea.

I'm ashamed I got that wrong. Dang!
I still don't know how you make that work as a movie. It was kind of the "hey, let's bring all of the X-teams together, finally!" moment of the comics. Lots of X-history was resolved there.
