Well all right then, Gustafson Etc. Good point. Now I, too, am satisfied.

A-frickin…
…plus.
I think the confusion for Our Esteemed Reviewer came because Narrator Ted Saget didn't use the words "your" or "I"; it was something like, "Kids, you know how much Dad loves his crossword."
Alas
Gave this show a chance, liked the leads and all, but it just made me miss "Burn Notice," which does the whole cool spy, hot romance thing a lot better.
"I wish I could tell you …"
Everybody sing along…
"Spider-Man, Spider-Man…

Irony is ironic
I kinda expected there would be a payoff to the ironic point that Phil was anxious to a fault about his relationship with Claire on a day when they share such a common bond and joy. Still, a great MF episode.
Agreed with and liked review, Todd
Edit suggestion, 1st graf: Perhaps should be, "They can help you out when you're a little kid …"
F review was deserved
This episode epitomized everything that can go wrong with "Glee" on those now-frequent occasions when it goes wrong. Its main transgression, however, is that it destroyed, once and for all and without any hope of repair, the character of Will. There is no "there" there. There is no foundation for…
Yet another Kristen Wiig retread
The HGTV home makeover sketch was a virtual replay of the same sketch from when Brian Williams was host (deadpan reaction until something innocuous happens at the end), which means they pulled out yet another Annoying Kristen Wiig Character bit to run into the ground.
Grades
Episode: C.
John Teti's recap: A+
Agreed
Agreed with A rating, Todd. Harmon and Friends had the balls to actually make the episode about something, rather than just poking fun at something (although there still was plenty of that).
Take your time
Is this where we wait for someone from A.V. Club to recap tonight's episode of "30 Rock"? I figured I'd just keep refreshing my browser until the filler text above is replaced.
I see no downside in having three shows wrapped in one.
Ouch
The "Cougar Town" fan in me loved this episode and agreed with the A- rating. The neurotic, obsessive, overly cautious dweeb in me cringed at the pool injury scene. In my own Florida town I've seen too many serious pool-related injuries, particularly neck injuries, for that scene to be at all funny to me.…
Nope, I agree with Todd and "Cheers."
Que?
Boy do I disagree with this post. Who is this Brett Singer person? (That was rhetorical; I really don't care. Haha, just kidding. But seriously, I don't.) This was easily an A episode. So what if the three threads didn't interweave? In fact, I don't want a series where all three threads interweave each week,…
That's right off my business card!
Geez, calm down
I didn't dislike Gabrielle Christian's (the daughter) performance, as did most everyone else on this thread. I've certainly seen worse on network television.
classic!
