Thanks!
Thanks!
Isn't it more the Doctor, his granddaughter and her two teachers, one male, one female?
Trust me Voyager and Enterprise will never get covered.
My discussions of Doctor Who on io9 have been fairly hostile (Long arguments about the whole white male thing) but I have seen your AV handle there often.
Say you like it because it's an even movie. Trust me, that will make a kind of sense.
It is! In that I think DS9 is the series most palatable to today's TV audiences. In many ways the Battlestar Galactica reboot built on DS9 (Ron Moore was a staffer there from the third season onwards.)
Oh, I care about Babylon 5. A lot.
I'd say viewing episodes selectively from the first few seasons, there's some important story and arc stuff in there.
Eh. The only one that's any good is First Contact, honestly.
That's probably enough in terms of a grasp on him. I love the show and Picard in particular has many great standouts (there's probably a close correlation between my favourite episodes of TNG and the episodes that have my favourite Picard speeches) but they're not really a crew who change all that much in their 170+…
Yeah I remember that I was thinking a full Star Trek gateway. Not just the original series. HMMM.
Yeah because Duncan said Columbia. Did you not hear the U?
Which was also done on Farscape and BBC's Red Dwarf. Hell, even some variations of Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy use 'zarking.'
Still?
And thus the Time War began…
No Eccleston love eh?
Something something Isaac Asimov something something Mr. Spock is dreamy.
Now I want to see a TV show where David Lynch and Walton Goggins play the same character. It'd be a bit like Young Doctor's Notebook with Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe, only far weirder.
Yeah but it was a leather jacket. I got to give him this one, no other Doctor seems to be even trying for that look.
You might like the first Trek, given your fondness for classic TV, but then again maybe not.
