Franko's grasp of classic TV is enviable. I think we can all assue he has just as little a social life as the rest of us!

You know I've been thinking about writing a gateway for the article board on That Website, and really, there's probably nothing I can expound on at length as I can the Star Trek franchise. But then I feel it must have been covered by this site at some point.
Star Trek is a bigger blind spot.
Well Nemesis is also just about the worst introduction to Captain Picard and company.
I've been hearing people say Doctor Who is terrible ever since the first season of the new series, where people were complaining the show had feminized and was now for mothers and their daughters as opposed to fathers and their sons (or whatever that meant.)
Season one? See, now I understand that reference. It's the bloke with a leather jacket and a preference for saying 'Fantastic', who encounters farting aliens in three episodes and yet it's still a pretty fun season of sci-fi.
Me too. I've been watching along with this site's classic reviews of the new series (not to be confused with the classic reviews of the classic series, which come to think of it is fairly confusing) but prior to that I saw two and a half episodes and one college class.
And remember: Adult Swim puts the new episode up on youtube!
Probably? What kind of ratings is the Bridge getting?
Well it's nice to see Lennie James get another regular gig after Low Winter Sun panned out badly.
The morality is different from numbers though. The Voyager crew didn't engage in this kind of cold blooded premeditated murder like that.
Honestly half the fun of this gimmick account are the ridiculous products that really exist.
Matthew McConaughey is Vladimir Ilyich Ulanov in I Am The Walrus.
Yeah the great thing about Ezri is it finally allowed the show to actually tell a story of a Trill transitioning from one body to another in a central way, and I appreciated that. Really for that reason, if anyone in the original DS9 cast was going to die, it was good that was Jadzia.
Fair enough. But I'd be surprised if it never happens. CBS know us Trekkies will reliably shell out for it.
Britta in season one was basically Diane Chambers also Cheers is awesome.
I feel like last week's episode had to have been one of the cheapest bye year with the narrow focus on on west and lacking the recurring guest stars Jonathan Banks and John Oliver. So maybe that evens out?
Yes, they are. But not before they finish the TNG ones I believe.
Eh. So the clunkers will still be clunkers. I've rewatched some of my favourite DS9 episodes and I am frankly amazed at how well they hold up. I'm looking forward to my full series rewatch when the Blu-rays come out.
I dislike that someone downvoted you for that.
