That's a pretty bold statement.  Perhaps you'd like to expand on that.  I for one would love to be further educated on this matter.

It's definitely a rip-off, but it's not a copy.  It's a different tempo, different melody, and most notably, Got to Give it Up is a classic, lushly produced, brilliantly seductive song, and this is a chintsy piece of crap.

My sister used to have every episode videotaped on Beta from their PBS broadcasts (with the exception of the Blancmange episode) with all the original, unedited versions of the sketches listed on the site you linked to.  They no longer exist.  So you can add the loss of perhaps the last decent quality copies of the

I don't think there was anything particularly mocking about their attitude toward Ugly Naked Guy.  The set-up of the bit was pretty much always exactly the same: "Hey, Ugly Naked Guy is _______."  It was more about an observation than a judgement, or at least it evolved to be that way.  And there were ultimately a

It's everywhere you look.

I think they meant fantabulous.

I am not a hipster.  In no way, in no fashion could anything thing I do be regarded as hipsterish.  I have seen every episode of Friends, every episode of That 70's Show, every episode of King of Queens for Christ's sake, and enjoy them all.  And both shows of these shows are shit.

I'm in the same boat, @avclub-0ae7484a9f3bbd2a21df420050c032ae:disqus.  I know I've seen it, but the only thing I remember about it was finding it markedly less than "inspired.

And "Fist Heart Mighty Dawn Dart."

The great unheralded T. Rex tracks: Jewel and Explosive Mouth.  Slinky, buzzy, and incredibly seductive.

"We can't lose the lion, it's great!"

Don't undercut yourself by calling it nitpicking.  This guy's a professional fucking writer; he should know the meanings of the words he uses.

Failed firsties.

"Yes, tomorrow really is another day, in the sense there will be another day after this one.  And on this day, though Scarlet's life appears pretty fucked right now what with Rhett walking out on her and everything, maybe some better stuff could happen to her, and she can get her shit together.  I mean, she's still
