Well, how dumb may all the people be in this show, not noting that Dr. Wells told that the Reverse Flash had a high-speed-regenation-process that made him capable of surviving in that cell, and then BEING GRABBED INTO THAT CELL AND STILL BEING ALIVE?

She really was, indirectly. Tripp wasn't going to kick the terrigen crystals: he did it because she yelled at him to help her, because she was thinking she was going to die (or something).
