Same. Lawrence just doesn't have the spark for the character. I always think of that great exchange between Mystique and Nightcrawler in X2:

I agree about Louise. She's definitely more insightful that her siblings, and you could see her realizing just how awful this situation was. Not just the potential loss of business, but Bob being utterly humiliated in the worst possible way, and knowing that she was responsible.
Yep. I think Tina will continue to pine over him, but I would love it if she actually got a steady bf.
Same. Louise is funny, but she can definitely go too far sometimes, and I like that she's realizing that there are consequences to her actions. Like her father being trapped on the toilet because she put glue on the seat.
The moment I saw Regular sized Rudy, I knew the AVC would go nuts.
Also saw Ron! Wondered if Hugo was there, too.
I missed Gretchen. She's one of my favorite townspeople.
Hearing Jimmy scream into the mike that people needed to come to his restaurant was hilarious. He has plenty of customers, but they all know his food is garbage. And as time goes on, you can see how desperate he really is.
These episodes felt like the BB I know and love. The emotional scenes in these episodes felt genuine, and you could really root for the Belchers. Felt like I could hear Archer in Bob's voice for the first time, because he was talking about all that fancy alcohol he and his new friends were drinking!
So did I. I loved her addled behavior, but I also loved that they didn't go the tried and true route of making her dependable on Tina. She would have been fine with or without her company. But her sweet moment with the real Admiral made the whole thing worth it.
Yeah, Amelia usually grates, but I felt so bad for her when she was saying that she didn't have anyone, because she was right. Meredith was too busy being a bitch, and while Maggie meant well, sometimes you don't want people saying everything is OK when you know it's not.
The Enchantress was on AoS, iirc. Don't know what happened to her, though.
Thor's helmet in the first one was pretty Kirby-esque, wasn't it? He just wore it for a minute (literally) and we never saw it again.
I don't think Hopkins will be in it a lot, for what it's worth, and I'm thinking Odin will die this time around. Twilight of the Gods, after all.
I wish we had a video along with the song for Oil Spill.
The National's cover of Sailors in Your Mouth is gorgeous, yet hilarious.
Yep. Or it's really fatty. Oftentimes, a cheap bacon burger means the bacon is like 90% fat, 10% meat, and the rubbery fat is what you end up biting into, and that slides off the burger. The meat you can chew up, the fat you can't.
I like them both, Billy. :)
Honestly, the show didn't really start having "weak" episodes until s10, imo. The stewardess episode was kind of dumb, but that was right before they moved to TBS. Didn't they have a ton of episodes on backlog, anyway?
And I agree and disagree. I got the corporate sellout gag of American Fung, but I didn't find the episode funny, especially the ending.
I had to edit it, actually, because it just read onions!
