You are absolutely not. I would hug the ever-living shit out of him just to make him giggle…………..
Ok, rabid Iron Maiden fan here and I do admit that the title is a bit corny. They've done corny before and God-willing they will do it again. Sorry that some band on an obscure indie label who sounds like a ton of other bands who are no longer together and are worshiped by an army of skinny-jeaned hipsters didn't…
Well, it is SOMEWHAT recent. They got a new one coming out in a few weeks and their last one came out in the summer of 2010.
I wish I knew what to say to this but I can't think of the words (points to username icon)………………………………
Nope, I've seen them play it at least twice. They put up a banner with Eddie dressed in a kilt.
Well, it took THIS to make me come back here after a yearlong hibernation. I take it that you are being sarcastic since their last two albums have hit the American top ten and the smallest crowds that they play to are here in the States which range in the 10,000-12,000 range. Outside of the US they play to an…
Man, his work with ZZ Top alone is worth it. He will be missed.
(gasps for air) WHERE THE HELL IS THIS SHED OF LESBIANS?????????????????????
I just picked up the first ELO album where it was basically a split Jeff Lynne/Roy Wood record. It is really cool and it's interesting to see how the two writers approached the project.
Wow, something on Undercover that doesn't completely suck!!!!!!
(sorry AV Club, most of the artists on here are so damn bland that I had to say something……THIS on the other hand is super cool!!!!!)
Good point.
I think there is; I remember seeing something about "Back In Black" a few years ago.
I'm gonna pick this up Saturday. I am still concerned about Malcolm not being there, but then again, it's a pretty rigid formula so there's still a good chance it will be a good record.
I can still remember how painful the smile was on my face when I first heard "Safe as Milk". Fucking classic record. And just for the fact that you have Zappa and the Captain tearing it up on stage makes "Bongo Fury" an essential piece to the Beefheart puzzle as well.
Fahey and Olyphant have a crazy-eyes staredown, world explodes, all that survives is Goggin's hair.
IGNORE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm still a huge Metalhead but I never really came around to this band. It's also apparent that Tate is upset that he's associated with the genre, saw him open for Iron Maiden in 2000 and he seemed bemused at the fact that he was standing in front of 8,000 people in leather.
Wow, I actually like the Cult quite a bit. Never too big on the Ryche….
Damn, that Phil Hartman story just made me miss him even more.
