I'll go so far as to say that Adz is his best album.  It's the most musically interesting and emotionally complex work he's done.

It's fine, but it seems to suffer from All Delighted People levels of "this could be cut down in half without losing anything".  I like Sufjan's music a lot, but his best work is more judiciously edited.
