She was in a SyFy movie.
I don't care if I get flack for it, but every review of Rio Bravo should include a part where it says "Have you seen High Noon? You should see that."
Turns out he's Barney's dad. *SPOILER*
My guess at their motto: "Hey, Doctor Who fan! You know how you had to spend a bunch of extra money to get BBCA just so you could watch new episodes of Doctor Who? Well we want some of that money so we're going to make you subscribe to us if you want Torchwood. Also, we have titties."
Ohh! If there's time travel, bring back Henchman 24 for the episode!
YES. A Wookiee Life Day parody would be awesome; be it the special, the 11-minute episode, or a regular episode. Also, the 11-minute special is a brilliant idea and I hope it's something adult swim will consider for other shows that have two year waits between seasons.
Isn't this he debut album?
AND canceraids.
I'm slightly annoyed that Catfish was spoiled by the show, but I'm impressed that they did that. It really hit home what the group has to deal with when they hang out with Britta.
Glad you posted it here; I didn't check your twitter page and almost missed it! Looking forward to the tumblr getting video to use! :P
I'm a fan of the "no more than five great seasons unless you're The Simpsons or Cheers" theory, where no show is great for five years, although they don't need to be continuous. So a show like The Office has had four great seasons (2-5), AS has had around four also (2-4, 6) with hopes that the seventh and maybe final…
Okay, to recap: in Modern Warfare Jeff talked about trying to graduate early (3 years), but gave up the chance in order to help Shirley pick classes early, meaning it would take him 4 years to get his degree. When they were picking classes, he said taking Anthropology would mean he'd have to stay in college longer, so…
The Cape finale
Any chance we'll get a write up on the online only finale?
TVOTI
I'd love to see TVOTI covered; especially with the listener question episode coming up. The last one they had was amazing; Todd got sooo pissed at the questions and was coming up with some of the snarkiest answers I've heard in a while.
I'd definitely watch a tv show where Dan Fienberg was the slasher, especially if he goes after his mortal enemy Judd Apatow.
Sorry, that should be Dan Fienberg. Mixed up my HF writers.
I liked Ryan McGee's take on it; the show was changed from a sf series to a slasher one, and if there is a third season and they keep it going as a slasher where the protagonist is Inara, I might check it out again.
J.C. Hutchins
Noticed a lack of comments on him which is a shame; he's an amazing storyteller - his 7th Son podiobooks were some of the best performances and cliffhangers I've seen outside of Sigler. Hell, his cliffhangers for CHAPTERS are more exciting than most endings of tv episodes. Looking forward to see how he…
It's the Endless Eight all over again!
I think the mullets were my favorite part of the episode. Just so ridiculous in an awesome way that I couldn't help but laugh.
