I think he's already cheated on her. In the same episode she mentioned apology jewelery he put an envelope full of cash in a mailbox. I'm thinking he has another kid somewhere.

I like that he's a Sox fan, although I I can't read his last name without thinking it's some sort of joke based on the baseball team's name.

When the steakhouse/bar showed up I was kind of hoping to see Taco wandering around in the background. And I know it's really a steakhouse and not a bar, but after two seasons of The League it was weird seeing it as a fancy restaurant.

From an interview a while back here, he said that he wants to spend time with his family, so he usually just does short, corporate training day guest comedian type things, so he can work a few days here and there and spend most of the month at home.

Also glad to finally see the show and that it got coverage here; wasn't sure if it was going to happen.

MohdTaufiqTerrorist, that's actually a pretty good idea for a show; BET could probably get a large turnout for an inner city school version of Glee.

Yup. Who would have thought that a failed audition for Full Metal Jacket would have led to a bit part on Cougar Town?

The music follows a set of rules somewhat similar to The Wire where all the music is diagetic. This episode just didn't have as many places to use music as some previous episodes have.

I'm happy she has the accent. Some British actors just aren't good at doing an American accent and letting her do the hybrid works for her. Plus, she can be a bit more nuanced with it; she can make it a bit more American when she's calm and when she's upset lose control of the accent and go full native tongue.
