Oh, and actors. Two actresses from those movies showed up (one's a pink film star and the other is a legendary pole dancer; again, the A.V. Club needs to step up their game and interview them).

Yeah, the sequel's already out. Both played at the New York Asian Film Festival back in July. Big Brother's in the second one and was the guest of honor at the fest.

I thought he was developing Rossellini's Italian neorealist film about post-WWII Germany and got kind of worried. Then I realized that it might be interesting to see how an industrial rock band would adapt classic 1940s Italian cinema.

Was this done for films during the summer?
I recognize that most of the Oscar contenders probably haven't come out yet, but what about movies like The Kids Are All Right and Winter's Bone? I'm interested in seeing where you think those movies place on the Oscar-O-Meter^TM.
