I just cannot do movies. Hungover brain can only handle nice lightweight comedy in 20 minute portions. Shows like Seinfeld, Always Sunny, Archer, and Broad City are perfect.

I fucking love Kim Wexler.
Looks like around 5 people have given it an F…..before theyve even watched it! Gotta respect that level of douchery and blind hatred for a tv show.
"Hatin' on puppies so hard!"
Wow. After previously being entranced with Vance's charismatic, yet sleazy and unscrupulous portrayal of "Mr Johnny", this week im just fucking heartbroken by Paulson's.
I friggin love the scene in PA2 where the cops, rebels, and manchus are sneaking around maggie cheung's house. Maybe JC's best comedic scene ever.
With the metal poles hell yeah! One his best fight scenes ever.
Petra is so easily the MVP of JTV they might as well change her character name to Steph Curry.
Yeah it was pretty hard to find a uncut dvd w/ eng subs back in the day. That was my white whale for a period. Dunno how easy it is these days.
The original PS is by far the best of the series. The first 15 minutes alone shits on any other action scene of the 80's.
Yeah that was a pretty good ep, definitely brought back that isolated surreal feeling that phil experienced early in S1. Its a tone that ive sorely missed ever since the gang moved into the mansion, which is the point i feel the show gradually started going downhill in terms of quality.
PIMP PIMP? HOORAY!!!
Quitting a show over a character death is the fuckin lamest thing ever. Unless you're stalker level obsessed with a particular actor/actress, it makes no sense at all.
I dunno man. Im surely in the minority here, but season 3 just isnt doing it for me like the first 2 did.
Better late than never. No wait……11 seasons in is WAY too late.
Shut up bird!
Really good review. You hit on all the great elements of the show and its contrasting, yet at the same time similar protagonists in Mike and Jimmy. Plus i learned a new word: Hermeneutics FTW!
Its so dispiriting to see the prosecution get played and out maneuvered at every turn. Partly they carry the blame for this, because of their overconfidence in seemingly overwhelming evidence, and partly their lack of ruthlessness and lack of charisma.
The reviewer seems inexplicably obsessed with race and gender issues with this show. I really dont feel Agent Carter lends itself to deep analysis, its a ridiculous, light hearted spy romp.
I really liked the Chinatown theme, or what i assume was an homage to Chinatown. Not only the nickname reference and also when Blaine gets knocked out but the way that the good guys had to stand idly by while the bad guy (or girl in this case) just gets away with it. That cynical downbeat resolution to the case of the…
