Wow. Seeing that Youtube clip suddenly brought all those late 80s/early 90s Saturday morning cartoon binges back. I always wondered what the hell the strange dancing yellow guy was and why I was supposed to consider him an expert on healthy living.

I watched Tom Goes to the Mayor on my own on its first run because it came on after some show I actually wanted to watch. I thought it sucked, but I kept watching with the same fascination one regards a car accident along the side of the highway.

On Sequels
Some promising young moviemaker really needs to retcon everything that happened after Aliens and start over with Ripley, Newt, Bishop, and Hicks like God intended.
