That's.
That's.
I have to agree with Freaks And Geeks. Lindsay Weir is one of the most likable and generally relatable TV characters in history, and during the eighteen episodes, I really got sucked into the show. I would have loved to see a senior year.
Holy jeeze.
Community is even better than Parks And Recreation was last season. It feels as good as 30 Rock and The Office did in their peaks.
"Fuck You" as "Forget You" is a monstrosity. If you can't do "Fuck You," just forget it. Also, the bridge part was butchered, yes.
Someone delete that link! It is illegal!
What makes Adaptation so awesome is that when it gets bad, that's the point, so then it's good again.
Definitely sad to not see Synecdoche, New York on this list. It's not that a list like this HAS TO BE COMPREHENSIVE, DAMN IT, but I really enjoyed how everything was written here (it probably helped that I had never looked at Inception that way before). Sort of sad to not see Synecdoche or whatever else listed here.
Try 35+ and you're correct.
And yeah, the hate that Hyden laid on "Runaway" was disappointing. It's a wonderful song. It's like a complete denouncing of everything that 808's stands for. Then when he's doing the vocoder thing at the end it's like he's just plain making fun of it.
The fact that an artist gets to call Graduation a disappointing album is just plain awesome.
"Sarcophagus" with "esophagus," "Willy Wonka" with "Sri Lanka." Minaj's praise is well deserved: "First things first, I'll eat your brains/Then Imma start rocking gold teeth and fangs" isn't even that clever, but the way she delivers it is too good. Then for the rest of her verse she seems like she's about to scream…
first
yeah sorry no pun or anything no time
I think you've just inspired my new summer project.
And it's Pierce.
This wasn't top of the line, yeah, but there were probably more laugh-out-loud lines than there have been all season (which has been pretty good so far, I think).
^YES^
They should recast Homer with someone new every single episode and never acknowledge it.
Fourth wall shattering. Conceptually ludicrous premises. Character deaths. Character births. Character rebirths. Perspective-based episodes. Meta humor out of the wazoo.
Do you know what they should do?
Now that they've lost it, they should just start being experimental. Absolutely everything needs to start getting completely and entirely weird.
I enjoy The Age Of Adz to an extent, but I really don't feel like I or a lot of other people will be listening to it in, say, two years. This month was kind of disappointing in that regard, because I didn't really see anything that I could see revisiting in two years.
