Oh my god, apparently Blake Neely scores all four of the Berlanti shows as well as Blindspot. He's like some sort of music meister.
"Water, my only weakness! Who would have thought a small amount of liquid would ever fall on me?" Also had Futurama flashbacks with everybody hypnotized and ready to fall in line for the latest eyePhone.
One thing that Agents of Shield did recently that I rather liked was introducing a new Inhuman who actually used her newly found speedster powers for good. It just feels like the default on Flash is for metas to be evil unless they already had a pre-existing relationship with the Flash.
Glad to see some forward momentum on the Zoom story, especially since I was worried that they would withhold the reveal from Team Flash after the reveal to the audience last time. I do hope it's not as simple as V9 driving Jay insane and causing him to split, though, because then it'd just be a retread of the…
I'm pretty sure that was a case of someone spotting Anthony Mackie on the set and mistaking him for BJ Britt. But, yeah, the point stands that movie scripts are done months before season plots on TV shows have even been broken.
Hooray, Kendra finally Jasmine'd Savage! Unfortunately, they let her do it alone with no backup, and thought he was stupid enough to not recognize her or the fact that the knife was missing.
The interview with Hitfix was conducted last summer, right after the AoS finale. It wasn't revealed until the fall's season premiere that new Inhumans were actually popping up. There have been reshoots for Civil War as recent as January of this year, so there was still a chance for them to insert a quick reference.
Looks like you'll have your wish: http://www.hollywoodreporte…
Ah, I missed the opening moments so I wasn't sure when that scene was taking place. In media res tends to lead to lazy and cheap misdirection, so I'm not too fond of them beginning this half of the season in that way.
Elena was pretty awesome, and something I wish they'd do more on The Flash. All of those meta-humans created, and only Flash and Cisco used their powers for good?
Wait until Marvel announces Marvel's Mockingbird - Parts I and II.
I feel like Hollywood is already starting to realize that "Part One" isn't a draw, especially with the under-performance of Mockingjay. The upcoming The Divergent Series: Allegiant movie was originally subtitled with a "Part One," with a "Part Two" on the way next year. But they recently changed the second part to The…
Turning Lilo & Stitch into Pokemon was truly inspired, and I still wish they had made a video game out of it.
I can't help but wonder if he's been neglecting Pixar since he took over Disney animation. Four out of the next five Pixar movies are sequels. And Inside Out aside, some of their recent output has been lacking.
That's a cute observation. *pats head*
Interview with the showrunners, where they discuss the fates of Thompson, Vernon Masters, and the show.: http://www.ign.com/articles…
Yeah, it's almost as if they had planned for 8 episodes like the show had last season, and then maybe ABC ordered an extra 2 that threw them off their game. It's disappointing because I was really loving the season, but the finale just kind of squandered Whitney Frost's potential.
But they made us think he might be dead, which is just as bad as killing him!
It's like they sent an intern to research what made Marvel movies popular, but they ended up only watching X-Men and Fantastic Four.
