Check your reading comprehension skills. I listed reasons for disliking this episode not this show. I generally like the show - it's far from perfect, but it's usually a pleasantly enjoyable hangout show. Only occasionally does an episode dip so low in quality.

Seriously, an A-?! For this crappy episode?!!! I'm definitely not one of the mindless haters of this show - heck, I usually defend it. But this episode was abysmal. Once again, the women were reduced to disgusting stereotypes: Penny, the hot blonde that every man wants to possess; Amy, the sexually frustrated killjoy;

Books 2-5 take place over about a year and a half to close to two years, but yeah, your timeline is close enough. Most of the time references in the books are really vague anyway - the one and only date given is that of the Purple Wedding (the 1st day of the year 300).

No way is Cersei really 'broken'. Do you seriously think that all it takes to break her is some public nudity? Sure, she was really embarrassed and upset after her Walk of Shame, but that was a temporary setback. If anything, she'll emerge even stronger and more paranoid (if that's possible) from it. If Kevan had

Ugh, yet another TBBT episode where all the characters act like complete assholes towards the people they supposedly care about.

There's no way The Hound is going to be the Faith's champion. Robert Strong/Un-Gregor is going to win the trial for Cersei, because there's no way Cersei is going to be defeated with two books to go till the end. (Her defeat would mean her execution … do you really think Cersei would go out that easily?) Also, it's a

To be fair, even most rocks have more facial expressions than Kit Harrington.

What happened to that app anyway? There was no follow up on that. A pity - this show usually has better continuity than that.

IKR? Penny has been established as a 'smart, committed worker'? Is this in some AU Big Bang Theory I wasn't aware of? The Penny of the past 3-4 seasons has been increasingly dumb, lazy and terrible at her job.

I'd love to see a Howard and Amy pairing again. They were the highlight of last season's 'The Scavenger Vortex', which was itself a great example of this show getting the 'friends hanging out' formula right.

I agree - all the guys have to be at least in their early-to-mid-30s by this point, so it seems really strange that they keep harping about high school so much. It would make sense for someone just out of high school, but not for someone who has been out of high school for more than a decade, and been in an academic

As a single thirty-something urban middle-class Indian … yes, I certainly identify much more with the characters on American sitcoms like Friends and TBBT, rather than the ones on Indian TV shows, which tend to be about the woes of married couples and their huge extended families (think Indian version of Everybody

I don't care much about the setting, but your dialogue is awesome!

If we can rewatch the show, they can re-review them. ;) Heck, they re-reviewed 'Goodbyee'.

The last scene of 'Goodbyeee' was just a shot of their very successful poppy farm.

"Wibble" is easily the second funniest word in the whole series. The funniest is, of course, "Bob" (as said by Rowan Atkinson).

*Sigh* Apparently I'm the only one who likes 'Back & Forth'. It doesn't compare to the rest of the series, but IMO it's a fun little romp nonetheless.

And so the Blackadder reviews end … too soon. Goodbyeee, Blackadder. *sob*

Bates gets killed, and when Anna is called to identify his body, she meets a really nice policeman, falls in love, and lives happily ever after with him.

They've covered about 12 years in 4 seasons, so they'll probably hit the 60s in about 12 seasons more. Mary will look the same as ever, and the Dowager Countess will still be quipping sarcastically, though she'll be about 120 years old.
