I think it's more likely the actress simply doesn't want to do nude scenes. If she was willing, I'm sure the producers would have made it happen.

I feel sorry for all the people who are missing out on this very good season, This episode was quite funny, I even liked the guy whose name escapes me asking how Akalitus and Eddie got fired because something like "it's hard getting fired from this place. I'm so impressed with this season. Even within Cruz's firings, there was some ambiguity, as if maybe he did want to remove the enablers from the Jackie's life.
