The elimination decision should be the winning queen’s decision to do whatever she wants. All this nonsense that there’s some better more ethical way of making the eliminations whether it be “report card” or “judges’s critiques” or whatever, is just ridiculous. There is no correct or even established or customary way

My take was that Naomi eliminated Manila only because she didn’t want to eliminate Latrice because Latrice had just “saved” her. She probably realized she’d get even more hate doing that.

I agree that the dialogue in the Nevada-set scenes was really bad. Lots of elements of this just skirted being bad but I love watching Chris Pine and India Eisley was fantastic as well. She even saved some of those scenes with her mother that were especially badly written. Chris Pine’s scenes were a combination of a

I’m a very mild apologist for this film even though I generally hate Zack Snyder and his obvious fascist politics. I agree that the chemistry between Clark and Lois wasn’t there but on her own Amy Adams was a great Lois Lane, because Amy Adams is great in everything. I liked the interesting and different structure for

Another week another inexplicable Perkins review. This was a better than average episode and McAvoy was a strong host. He shone more in the filmed pieces than at reading from cue cards, as would be expected, but there were so many filmed sketches that he got to do a lot of good work and all of them were funny.

Just to be clear my issue isn’t whether Eleanor and Chidi are “the perfect couple” but whether their romantic relationship should be the main overarching story that the show “The Good Place” is telling. I just don’t think that thus far it’s been the primary story the show was telling so the finale lacked a little

Please don’t talk to that guy

Yeah he’s definitely the most proficient and traditional well known rapper in his generation

He was certainly better in the filmed pieces than he was at reading from the cue cards

The last Soulja Boy thing I was aware of was when he told that ridiculous story about getting in a shoot out at this studio or whatever

Meek Mill is one of the most well known rappers of this era. And Dennis’s comment that he didn’t like Meek’s “conversational” flow is ridiculous. Meek’s delivery is more old school and non-conversational than that of 90% of rappers in the game today.

I’m sure there are gonna be big fights about this but I HATED what Trinity did. I know drag comedy’s not supposed to be high brow but that was like 5th grade talent show level humor. And it had nothing to do with the song! I wish it had been a LSFYL so Trinity could’ve been eliminated. She deserved to go home for that

It’s a little weird, but not that weird, that Michelle would have confused the Miss Colombia and Miss Venezuela looks. I realize the two looked pretty different but it’s still strange that Valentina decided to play two different South American beauty pageant winners, particularly when it had nothing to do with the

Yeah that’s a weird wonky question I have. Can the Good Place/Bad Place beings (i.e. Gen, Michael, Saun et al) actually kill people on earth? It seemed pretty suspicious (and dark) that Simone ended up in the afterlife so quickly like that.

Not to mention this season has also interested another completely different love interest for Chidi!

Man I hate fake reviews. Like reviews that aren’t real reviews. Really grinds my gears

Not going to speak to the Australian stuff but I do think the show missed a little bit this season by being on earth so much. For me it works better if it’s a completely fantasy location with maybe flashbacks to earth at best

I found it strange that now apparently the heart of the whole series is supposed to be the romantic relationship between Eleanor and Chidi, especially when this is taking place in an episode which is also about what a big deal Chidi’s romantic relationship with Simone is to him. On top of that initially Eleanor and

Yes I agree as I say in another comment. Intellectually I understand the reviewers critiques of the episode but watching it in the moment it was mostly a pure delight. It was exciting and fun to see the structure changed so much and to bring back LSFYL which is always so much more fun than LSFYLegacy. I agree with the

This was amazing anyone who didn’t like it is crazy or at least not a fan of the show
